Currently I am writing on a Warhammer Fantasy story about Wood Elves being fucked by Beastmen. It might be possible that other races/parings follow if I have the time, should I create a story post that includes them all (So, now WE and then later others), or just do them seperatly? Are others interested in writing on that as well?
This might be an unpopular opinion, but I don't like the kinds of stories that are just a hub for random stories that are only barely related. I would prefer stories to be separately existing for a single idea (even if there are plenty of branches that go on separate paths.) Basically, having a story be "Wood Elves assaulted by a Beastman Horde" and exploring all the things that happen there, to me seems neater than just having a "whatever Warhammer story you'd like to have hub" or something like that. ...I do like Warhammer Fantasy though and wouldn't mind such a story. What with the new censorship though, it might be easier to make a story with more consensual sex or at least less physical non-con (as in seductive vampires and such would be easier to do without hitting the censored words than Beastmen that are much less subtle about their actions, even if the vampire was taking advantage of their victims equally cruelly.)
BONERS FOR THE BONER THRONE! (Or is that the wrong Warhammer?) Agreed. In my random browsing of the site, I've noticed hub-stories like this don't tend to go very far, because as a writer with a Warhammer-related story, why would I add to your story rather than starting my own?
I as a writer also dislike how cluttered massive stories become. There is a sweet spot somewhere between a story being too small and too big to go through. And especially with story hubs, 100 starting chapters that go nowhere is not very promising. I'd rather see 10-20 stories about those more clearly themed ideas and explore them.
As someone who's been writing a hub story with completely unrelated branches and story lines, I'm worried now. But going back to Warhammer, pre-censorship, the Dark Elves and/or Slaanesh X literally anyone would have been a treasure trove of non-con stories. What about having a particular bunch of Wood Elves, maybe 5 or 6 of them, and give each of them their own story branches?
That is already a more restrained concept with a set premise rather than just a generic hub. And I'm not saying that no one should do hub stories, I just don't like them that much personally. Agreed on the Dark Elves and Slaanesh as well. Those could very easily become so dark that you go against CHYOA rules. I was going to suggest AOOO as an alternative, but that was taken down by Russian hackers recently and while it is running again (I think) I am amused that fanfic sites are under attack again. But I'm sure the Warhammer setting has plenty of potential for consensual erotica as well. Court intrique and diplomacy between Empire and High Elves... Adventurers having fun in a town with locals... A wandering hero who saved a maiden(?) who now wants to thank them in a proper way... I also had the idea of writing about a Dwarf Slayer who goes to take his revenge over the "War of the Beard" on Elves and after being captured by Wood Elf Wardancers, they realize that he is packing something in his pants that isn't proportional. That should still be doable since rather than outright rape, it would be the warring factions cumming together (pun intended) and settling their differences in a more *creative* way (wink wink.) It would fall in the category of hate-fuck at most.
Yes! A thousand times yes! You fool, you fell victim to one of the classic blunders! The most famous is never get involved in a land war in Asia, but only slightly less well known is this: Never pick a fight with fanfic writers when death is on the line!
I actually got the idea of writing a Warhammer Fantasy story about a Dwarf Slayer and their misadventures. (Due to the new site rules, the story would mainly skip the battles with just a few lines and even though avenging the War of the Beard by the main character forcibly having their way with Elves would be thematic, I guess I'll have to focus on more willing lays for the main character.) A bit stuck on the name because "Dwarven (s)layer" is the first one that popped into my head and now anything else seems like a downgrade but I'm also not sure if the name is catchy enough.
