I don't mean to be cynical, but nobody will write this for you to those specifications unless you pay them. The overwhelming majority of writers already have plenty of ideas queued in their head; yours is competing for prime real estate.
ya i know i posted this more hoping it would intrigue someone enough to write it. and i doubt id be satisfied if i tried to write it with my meagre skills
Thats what all authors say at first... At the very least write up an opening draft yourself and see how it works. Then keep writing stuff. You'll get better in time. Just about anyone can gain enough skill in writing to make a decent story if they keep trying. Not saying you'll become the next Shakespeare, but getting some experience under your belt will make it easier to realize your vision.
They say you have a million bad words in your head; the only way to remove them is to write. Putting your ideas to the page (or keyboard) yourself is the only way they can truly be realised.
