New to writing, not new to reading. This is a problem that I have noticed while reading one of the create-your-ideal-girl stories. Chapter 5 asks you what the girl is wearing, I select black panties, I'm suddenly in chapter 10 during some sissification scene, also titled black panties. Is it a common problem? If yes, how to avoid it? Does every chapter has to have a different name, or does the branching take care of it normally and someone just overzealously clicked a suggested chapter while entering the choice?
Each chapter has its own unique ID, thus it is possible for two chapters to have the same title. What you describe seems to be a case of incorrect linking.
