Bad Gateway after I added an image.

Hi, I was writing a chapter and added in an image. This chapter (and no others) now gives me a Bad Gateway error. What do I do now? If the chapter goes back up, how do I embed an image?

Thank you. How do I embed images? I'm fine with using an external site but I heard a lot take down anything sexually implicit
