When choosing notifications for "someone adds a chapter to my bookmarked chapter", do you get a notification only for the direct child or for all subsequent chapters?
Maybe it could be useful to have a function to get notifications on all subsequent chapters. That way, you could get notifications for a complete, specific branch.
