Chapter notifications should include the Story title, esp for Introduction.

Instead of the current notifications:

"so-and-so just bookmarked your chapter Introduction"

"so-and-so just added a comment to the chapter Introduction"​

When the introductory chapter is referred to, it should include the story name.

"so-and-so just bookmarked your chapter Introduction in Lusty Magical Academy"

"so-and-so just added a comment to the chapter Introduction in The Neighborhood"

There may be other views in which this sort of distinction would be helpful, though Notifications is where I am the most baffled by the ambiguous chapter reference.

It could also be good for non-introduction chapters, since chapter titles are often not very specific out of context.

"so-and-so just bookmarked your chapter She Does in Lucy's Portion"​
