Hey so I noticed that one of my favorite authors from a while ago used to cowrote chapters with others. Now I've kinda hit a low point of motivation although I want to get back into it.

I've gotten offers to have people cowrote with me but I have no clue how that works. Anyone have any ideas on how that would work?

You can make them editor/owner of your story in the story options and they can add as they please.

The more information you can give us the better the advice/help we can all give you.

I’ve had a very good co writing relationship with twinklestar75.
We eventually found a rhythm that suited us. After discussing a basic story and characters one of us would write a paragraph, or a page or even a chapter and send to the other who would edit or add as they saw fit. The basic rule has to be that you cannot disagree with the criticism or edit the other offers...ie don’t be protective of your writing. We got lucky and clicked straight away but it does take patience and tenacity to make it work.

We still write together on a personal side project and it’s great fun.

You could also co-write and peer edit on Google Docs too if you are doing a story that you aren't an editor or owner of. Just set up a burner account if you want privacy.
