Then I thought about all those fairy tales where people make deals with spirits, and demons. I'm not super big complete mind control or god-like powers - I find those stories basically all the same. That's why I wrote this story as well as some of my others that are on haitus right now. This story actually makes me think and try to be creative as to how the demon can trick people.
