Considering how short the story is you can just delete the second chapter and rewrite the first. But if you insist on deleting it: Next to where it says Notifications is a down arrow. Click on it and you'll get a menu. One of the options is My Stories. Click on it, then find the story you want To the right of the story are three dots click on them, then choose Edit Story. On the next to the right you will see the Delete Story option (below the site rules).
