On the mobile version you have to open the side menu to see if there are comments and cannot see both the text and comments at the same time. I propose to either put the comments under the chapter or display a number on the comment icon to indicate that there are comments on the chapter.
Maybe if the comment icon turned dark blue like the thumbs up. If they are included below the chapter maybe have it as a collapsible menu.
