I would like it if the "Enter" key would no longer publish the chapter, when you have the mouse cursor inside the "Answer" bar (title of a chapter) or the "tags" bar. A few times already i published unfinished chapters by mistake that way. Optionally the behavior could be changed to "save as draft" by default.
Maybe a do you want to publish this yes/no like it does you go to delete a story? I have on several occasions accidentally published unfinished chapters when I accidentally hit the wrong button at the bottom to publish instead of save.
