    I've been noticing that there are a lot of 100 chapters deep stories out there. The average peter point of stories these days seems to fall somewhere around the 60 - 80 mark, so I think its time we expanded the length option to include 50-99 then 100+

    These are the current numbers (the difference from the total should be a result of the overlap from 25 and 50)
    total -> 9590
    <5 -> 3846
    5-25 -> 5051
    25-50 -> 599
    50-99 -> 141
    100+ -> 31

    In comparison with the other depth categories, 100+ would be tiny, so I don't think there would be any advantage of adding it. (I'd rather go for a word count filter)

    Yes, it would be tiny, that's the POINT. Over 50 currently leaves you with 14 pages to slog through, whereas over 100 leaves you with a manageable two pages.

    Also, if you disliked that suggestion you really wouldn't have liked my first idea: which was 50-100, 100-250, 250+ (Which, as far as I know, would leave you with THREE stories.)

    (I think we should keep the existing overlap system: if it's working now*, don't change that for no reason.)
    *(My argument here is that people just looking for LOOONG stories can't really find what they need among the morass of 172 stories over 50 chapters: so that's NOT working...)

    All that said: wordcount, definitely wordcount!

    I suppose, that the filters are rather meant to filter than to search.
    But if you really want to search for the stories with the highest chapter depth, you could easily sort by chapter depth.

    Hadn't thought of that one, wellp, this suggestion's priority rating just dropped like a stone.
