[Feature request] Ability to turn off images / media assets

First of all, I am completely new and absolutely love the platform! What a fantastic concept.
I do however wish that I had the ability to quickly turn on or off any additional media assets in a story, like for example images. Some times I just want to read, which makes it quite annoying having gigantic images and/or gifs covering the entire screen.
This is especially a nice feature to have if I am reading with anyone else in the room or in a public space.

I am thinking that it should be possible to create another button besides the "Appearance" button, which would hide/show any included media assets in the story. The state of this could also be stored in a store or directly to localStorage / cookies etc.

The respective threads also offer workarounds that could hide images by other means.
