As I recall from what I read a while back the transition from male employee to female executive whore went very smoothly, easily accepted. Maybe I missed something. I'd have to read again. I'd think it would be more of an adventure, with more confusion and reluctance on the part of the gender swapped individual. Maybe a separate story line exploring that? Just a thought...
