Give us documentation for the chapter view conditions and variable changes

I know gene.sis 8 years ago suggested this in the guide, but I've yet to see anything. I know there's some stuff I've had to figure out with experimentation, and it would have been helpful to find it via documentation. Things I have discovered:

• variables will change prior to the chapter text being generated, which means that you need to reset temp variables in the NEXT chapter, not the central chapter that relies on the temp variables
• loops work, and as such bridge chapters are sometimes needed to avoid accidental loops via hub chapters
• % variables have zero issues with internal checks pushing them above or below the maximums, and will simply bottom out at 0 or cap at 100. There is zero issue with viewing a chapter which would do this, which makes me happy because that's less work on my end
