There are a small downwards arrow near your nickname in upper-right conner. Press it and a dropmenu will appear (if not, try a different browser)
You aren't being a pain, most of us here don't mind giving help when needed, so feel free. That drop down arrow by your writer name is the key to a lot of your options as a writer.
