Are looking to set a cover image or to insert a picture with the text? For a cover image, go to the drop-down menu accessed via the top toolbar (it's the little arrow on the far right) and click 'My Stories'. From there your story should appear. On the far right of your story's title should appear three dots. Click those dots and then click 'Edit Story'. Above the story's title will be a grey box. Click that to add a cover.
