I had a question to ask another writer but I can't seem to message them. I try typing their name out in the "Recipients" bar but their name doesn't seem to come up. Is there a setting to block messages(Understandable if so) or do you need to have enough time/level on your profile to message others(To probably block bots from making brand new accounts and spam messaging?).
The bar should return the names of all users who have their email confirmed and who aren't banned. If the user is active on the site and the name doesn't appear in the recipient bar, there might be a bug. In that case, you could inform Friedman about it to confirm the recipient's status and see what the matter is.
