Might be a stupid question, but I can not find the way how to edit character variables after publishing a story. I can edit the story and there is a list of the variables on the right side, but I can not edit them (e.g. add or delete a character)
Make sure you're actually on the edit story page, and not just editing the Introduction chapter. Find the story on the My Stories and click the three dots in the corner, or visit the story's map and change the "map" at the end of the URL to "edit".
