The idea is neat, but it’s not totally clear to me who the player character themselves actually are in this. From what I can tell, you want to do something similar to a quest game voting thing (A1, A2) kind of thing of the games done on the main site where the players are the people voting for the kind of events that happen. Am I wrong? I could be misunderstanding.
Ah, My bad. The players will be their own created characters, hopefully localised in one area. I was thinking perhaps a campus or somthing although it could be a small town or even a spacestation or somthing? So a player would create a character with a name, backstory and then they would RP that character voting on a series of questions I come out with. I'm thinking maybe a prerequesite is they're all some kind of perv or deviant. Those votes will then change the world around them in some way. They get a certain amount of votes a day and can spend them either on boosting votes or by spending them on other choices, for example: You are unaffected by the change. You remember the change, Bring back an option that was in the previous set of votes that didn't win, that kind of thing.
