I'm curious. There's someone that's been rubbing me the wrong way so I just ignored them. But still getting comments from them. Not like harassment comments or even mean ones, just like annoying ones. Does the Ignore function only stop them from Messaging you?
Very good question. I've never used such features. I did see a thread from last year where admin mentioned that if you give them the username, they can prevent them from commenting on any of your stories (this for situations where there is no actual reason to ban the offending user and a "restraining order" will suffice.)
If you ignore a user, it should be impossible for them to start conversations with you. You should also get no notifications that are triggered by their actions. If there is behavior that doesn't meet the standards of the Code of Conduct, you can contact us about it. If there are other reasons for preventing a user from commenting on your content, you can contact us as well.
