Why is Chyoa having trouble "remembering" the formatting of a text? Even after you change it more than once? Even if you use the website's own tools? I've noticed this specially with italics and paragraphs. It's really annoying to have to keep changing it and "hoping" this time it will stick. Any clues or workarounds? Thanks!
CHYOA saves chapters in Markdown format. When you use the RTE (you can deactivate/activate it in the Settings), the chapter text gets "translated" into Markdown format. When showing a chapter, the Markdown syntax gets "translated" into HTML. If RTE is deactivated, you can directly use Markdown syntax. What exactly do you mean with "remembering"? Do you have some examples?
