Hey guys, I'm new and wanting to contribute, but so I don't cross any lines I wanted to clear something up first. I noticed excessive sexual violence is a no-go, particularly non-consensual, but what's the policy on *consensual* snuff? It wasn't something I was planning to use but just so I know.
...What would "consensual" snuff even look like? (For the record, I'm confident that anything one might describe as snuff is out.)
Considering how snuff ends..... I don't think that it and consensual belong in the same sentence for one thing. For the most part, as long as there is no excessive violence (Especially sexual) or anything disturbing, it is ok. Bestiality is out, though monsters are allowed. Kind of odd, but we roll with it. I think mostly because the "Monsters" have all had actual intelligence and not acted like animals. Deaths are allowed, but just don't go into gory details. Violence is a little more tolerated for something like a war story if it is on the battle field and not in the bedroom. Rape seems to be allowed to some extent, but usually by the end of it the "Victim" is a willing participant. At times even turning the tables on the rapist and taking control of the situation. The big part really is the violence during sex, so to answer the original question: I'd leave snuff out completely if possible.
Euthanasia. You can see why such subjects might not be particularly mainstream in erotica. Last I checked, rape is okay, but zoophilia, even though it's typically consensual by the animal, is not, even though it can be depicted fictionally on many other websites. Those guidelines strongly imply snuff is not allowed.
zoophilia can never be consensual, cause animals can't decide to do some unnatural for fun. like stated above, there is a difference with monsters, who have some kind of intelligence and do things for fun (like killing heroes without eating them) If your idea is okay by the rules/guideline, you maybe should contact the editor/owner of a story, if you want to write a chapter which is hard at the borderline. It could be, that he don't want it "that hard" in his story.
Once, I tried to write a quick little bit of Ruby script, but silly me was communicating in Basic instead. Boy, was my face red. As it turned out, you definitely can't fake a language.
