I’ve been gone for a bit, and there was a small change since the last time I was here. At the top of the site (safari on iOS, haven’t checked other versions) there’s a new advertisement box above the typical one that’s just called “live sex” with a red circle. It’s the same font as the “discover and explore” and “recent activity” tabs and I was just wondering if that was a coincidence? How much involvement is going on between the Chyoa site and the strip chat site? Is the same font just a coincidence?
The advertisement is an intentional addition by Friedman, if that's what you're asking. The font isn't a coincidence, though it links to an external site. StripChat are paying for the advertising space just as any other advertiser would, but I understand they are essentially paying more money for more space. The livestreaming ad is a little annoying, but I've noticed that at least Chrome automatically closes it if it's using up too many resources. I don't know if other, more lightweight browsers do this.
