Hello everyone, I'm lacking of good ideas and I hope I could get some opinions and/or ideas from you. I was thinking about a person with magical power, maybe a demon or some magical item as the driving idea of the story. For the setting I'm undecided between a modern world or some medieval one. And for the persons used in the story, I was thinking about a mix of regulars and celebs. I'm looking forward for some opinions and/or ideas from you. Thanks in advance B.
Maybe an occult investigator who in reality is a fallen angel trying for redemption hired as a consultant on a new horror project in Hollywood (movie/tv project) using a mixture of modern world (actual time) and medieval setting (Show setting)
I have a weird story about a demon who makes the main character become a modern male porn star and get female porn stars to become his sex slaves. It's a bit goofy but I think having a demon control someone gives you some more flexibility.
I have a similar story, The Temptress, where the male protagonist, summoned and controls a succubus, who's charm powers allows him to have sex with women.
Is anyone here not wanting to make a story about occult or sex demons? ...I've had an inkling of an idea for a story for a while now. It's been evolving and it's looking more and more that if I ever write it it won't be a CHYOA style story. The premise would be that the main character discovers an amulet that contains a demon that gets power over them. So the main character (whether I settle on a woman or a man) is not the one with all the power and the focus will be their struggle of wills against the demon and slow corruption as they begin to give in to the seduction and promises of power. At one point I realized that the "Cursed to Corrupt" story does have similarities with what I have in mind but I would like the demon to have less power over things outside of the MC at least in the beginning. Another inspiration was that an old story I read on Literotica had a succubus describe how she seduced and fucked all three of her sons to death but there was little focus on it and the incident was just mentioned briefly as the succubus bragged about it. Personally I would have preferred a much longer scene with preferably a lot of buildup and may have to write it myself at some point.
I think that's because of the media infatuation with the subject. Most of the top selling sci-fi/fantasy series toady are based around it.Add Hollywood studios and independent film makers knowing the current fad is occult based so they bombard us with their ideas which we think "well if i wrote that ..."
I am currently thinking about the story of a wandering magician in a medieval fantasy world. Not yet decided on an exact setting but here what i hace decided upon thus far: Fantasy World with pretty much all the Human,Elf's and Monster Girls one could want. There are 2-5 factions of major importance. Technology is around Renaissance level, thanks to magical tools hygiene and food are a way better though. The main character is a mediocre magician with the twist that he has an extreme case of wanderlust. Actual Magician's are very rare outside of cities with acadamies so his abilities are highly sought after. He is extremly old (~200) but looks around 30. The story would revolve about this travels, who he leaves and who goes with him on his journey - Making both one night stands and reoccuring characters plausible. Maybe he setlles down somewhere i don't know. Thing has only spawned in my mind a wekk ago haven't given it much thought yet. If you want to try and make more of this feel free to use it or hit me up per PM, i like collaborations.
And now I'm annoyed that I keep getting some ideas for the possession story but it keeps getting bigger I don't think I could write a story that long.
The great thing about Chyoa is that you don't have to write it all at once. Just start from the beginning and see where it takes you. Every journey begins with a step.
You can even start draft pages with your notes and save that. I have maybe a half dozen draft pages all over the places. I think you can even save a draft and create a chapter following it so you can create a series of drafts and work on them one by one to flesh out the story.
I've done that to get a story thread going and then filled out the details at a later time. It's like leaving yourself a note on how to continue your own story.
I've had an idea for a story floating in my head that I don't know that I'll get to writing myself: It's a twist on the mind control/free-use theme that's common around here, where the controller is able to by some word or action (say, an on-the-lips kiss) make a victim fall hopelessly in love with them. What makes it a twist, in my opinion, is that the controller could then abuse that powerful emotion of pure love and devotion to make the victim do awful things that they hate or are painful in the name of approval from the one they love. Kind of like how a girlfriend might subject herself to anal or a rough blowjob to try to please her lover... only the notch is turned way, way up (causing the victim to do extremely humiliating/painful/depraved/public/incestuous things) and with potential for multiple targets without laying the groundwork required for standard real-life love/devotion. Done right, it would be a kind of twisted mind-fuck on semi-unwilling/reluctant partners by preying on an emotion that should be among the noblest/best parts of human nature. I might eventually write such a story, but maybe not. I know I'd like to read it.
I think it'd be more fun to do that but more nudity and non-sexual things instead. Would be different, I agree.
