I recently started working on my story, Metal Master, again. In this story the protagonist, Mike Meiz, can only control metal and within limits. Eventually I want him to fight using his powers as well. I've gotten a few favorites and likes, but no one has commented yet. Also feel free to add to it.
Well, the mind control stories are mainly either about wish fulfillment or the fetish of being completely under someones control so the stories have a tendency of making the controller really powerful which reduces any tension the story might have. I also would like more limits for the powers and perhaps even struggle from the victims but since CHYOA is all about letting the writers do what they want with the story (and the readers as well) having limits would, well limit, what they can do with the story. It make make for a better story but it is a bit counter intuitive is what I'm saying.
