a new security/smart house system is installed in a home, apartment, condo, sorority house, etc. The system starts to take over the occupants, having them do various erotic escapades. Maybe the system starts it's on reality web series, unkown to the occupants of course.
like in The Simpsons Nice idea. I might be interested in it if the AI house would try to seduce them to do naughty things without having real power on them. (Well... that would rather be mind manipulating than mind control ^^)
Could work, depending on some details (like Gene.sis, I tend to prefer when the mind control is a little lighter).
I'm not going to add the story. I have enough stories going, and many are on life support! Lots of possibilities though: reality TV show like Big Brother or The Real World. A rental home like on airbnb, maybe in Vegas: bachelorette parties, etc. A reality tv show where celebs live together, etc.
