    I suggest you to start with writing clear guidelines.
    Is a bad way to attract writers to your story. Contributors should know what the editor wants.

    Gonna have to second that one mate, I wouldn't touch this with a 12 foot collapsible pole, but no guidelines is never a good sign. I always work out the guidelines before I post a new story.
