I was wondering can my stories have to be erotica based or do I need to only write erotica? I am by far an erotic author as I have worked on Smashwords, and Amazon, as well as with Lulu. But my real love is with Science Fiction and Fantasy?
I there's a non-erotica category. Whoever this is a porn site so you probably won't get as many views, likes, favs, etc, if you do this.
Yeah non erotic is a death sentence here. It is possible to have an actual plot and not have the sex be the main focus of the story. Many great stories here do that. But sex(or fetish stuff) absolutely needs to be featured to get any sort of traction
Thank you for the responses the reason is I am planning on working on worlds where there is both erotica and "non-erotica" and what I mean by that yes there will be sex but it won't be the whole purpose of the story, and/or also to have romance stories with a huge sexual part to the stories, I do mostly write erotica as I am on both Amazon and Smashwords.
