I'm having the same problem - all of my notifications up until today have been deleted. I imagine everyone is. There was a problem with new notifications not appearing, and Friedman had to remove all of the old ones (they still exist somewhere, I think, just not visibly): https://forum.chyoa.com/threads/site-been-having-issues-or-just-me.3684/
