Ranma was a great series (Read most of the manga and watched a good bit of the anime) and could be an interesting game, but I now have two of my own and don't really have time for a third.
Not going to happen. With my first attempt at a story here ended with a Declined, and being busy with personal stuff. So I'm calling it quits as of now. So, I'm not.
I think because the BEA exists and has all the Ranma authors over there (seriously, there is so much Ranma over there).
