I am considering making a story featuring the plane of Ravnica (from MTG), it has so much potential for this kind of stories and with MTG being PG13(-ish) it will never be explored in canon. Each guild falls rather nicely into different views on sex Rakdos: Sex as entertainment+BDSM Grull: Wild animalistic passion and taking what you want (by force if necessary) Dimir: Sex is mainly a tool for manipulation and espionage Golgari: Sex is a necessary part of the life-death cycle no more and no less Boros: Everything with red mana should have a lot of passion. I see Boros as a type who will promote passionate romantic love between two partners Selesnya: Their sex is a way to nurture life and nature. Warm, tender, gentle. Izzet: Sex is just yet another field of study Simic: Mostly same as Izzet but way more focused on physical aspects of sex. Oh, and there is no way Simic isn't using sex for creating hybrids between sentient beings Azorius: Here I am unsure. They are control freaks and probably view sex as something negative and destructive Orzhov: Those guys will absolutely not pass an opportunity to run Brothels, it is too profitable to ignore. Other than that I am also unsure. So, I have two questions. 1) Is there any interest in this kind of story? 2) Any thought on my breakdown of guilds? Do you have anything to add? Do you disagree with something?
