See, this is why i'm angry at my dad. He created this whole simulation and put me in it and didn't give me a fancy GodPad to control it.

In actuality, I don't even know if a girl in such a situation would even have much of a sex drive. She got put into that pod before she hit puberty(i want to say 5-7 years old). So not only does she not have any real sexual education, but no way to really discover things on her own. So she would pretty much have the innocence and naivety of a child(along with the education of one). We also don't know exactly how much functionality the simulation has. The only people that it shown was clearly derived from her memories. So it probably can't simulate "real" people. I'm sure there's some Illusion-style sex-game(Minus Rapey stuff obviously) functionality though. If she so chose to use it, but as pointed out. I don't think she would have much of a sex drive.

Anyway, assuming she did have a sex drive and assuming the simulation could actually create believable peopleclones and obviously all of this would occur several years after the events in the music video, because again...If she was put into the simulation at 5-7, then she'd only be 12-14. There's a few ideas that someone could drive from it for a chyoa story.

Not all of them would be things that @Nemo of Utopia would enjoy.

1). The Vanilla: She stumbles onto the 18+ functionality of the simulation, or it gets unlocked when she turns 18 and she learns how to "Do the Dirty" in a safe environment.

2.) The Roy: She drives the simulation towards normality of Earth and lives her life(or multiple lives) as a normal girl(along with the sexy things).

3.) The Squick: She finds a way to simulate her dad and as the only man she's ever loved due to the age she was put into the simulation...well...

4.) The Skynet(Also known as The Super Squick): The Simulation takes control and after years of being used only to frolic through fields and forests decides it's time she learns life's lessons the hard way.

I'm sure there's more, but these were just a few ideas that I thought of while typing this response. I've known about the music video for awhile and honestly haven't really thought much NSFW things about it. Again, she's like 12.

Actually, according to the over-analysis videos I've seen on You-Tube, she's 17: so one more year... (I admit, she looks pretty young for 17: but that's easily explained by being in VR with nothing to worry about except waiting for a message that never comes.)

Here are the thoughts that occurred to ME watching that video. (I think each person will take away something different.)

1: WALL-E: Her ship is designed to chase down and dock with the main ship which transported the survivors of Japan. When she gets there, (Slightly after her 18th birthday,) she finds that due to temporal dilation from traveling at close to light speed, over 700 years have passed... Now she must integrate into a strange and 'utopian' society aboard 'Ark-69'...
(Is Ark-69 the utopia it appears? Maybe: that's up to whoever writes the story... Even if it is, there's still plenty of stories to write, they just change in tone from creepy noir mysteries into light-hearted college-comedy/romance-hentai...)

2: "The Matrix Has You: Follow The White Rabbit": Did anyone else get a sneaking suspicion that this might be what The Architect in "The Matrix" series was talking about when he described the first iteration of the Matrix? Don't know about you but if this was my world? I'd totally reject it pretty hardcore after a while... Then she discovers the way out, and: meet 'Rin': Prophettess and founder of The Resistance.

3: xXx-enophile: As we see in the last few frames, Rin's engines are powered down, she's basically stuck out there in the void, running on backup power: but that's not the end for her. Rin's capsule has already accelerated to near light speed (The stars in the background are not moving because in deep interstellar space the distances are unimaginably vast even for photons.) and in what for her has been only a few years, thousands of years have passed for what was once Earth. Rin's capsule is picked up by a group of aliens, aliens so unimaginably advanced that they barely trifle with this universe anymore. However, they recognize in Rin a kindred creature: much like we see a kindred species in dolphins.

Rin's ship is brought into a far vaster space ship manifested out of nothing for the purpose. Within that ship, the beings create 24 other creatures: each drawn out of the data archive of her ship and/or her own memories/imagination. Some of them are horrific in the extreme, at least on the surface, others far more pleasant, at least in appearance, but all love Rin. For most, such as 反響 茂, this is not a romantic kind of 'love' but like a friend or a relative: some, however: six of them to be specific, want to be Rin's lover(s). What is unknown to this tiny crew aboard the vast automated ship "Earth-Seed: NX-000" is that they are on their way to a planet where the ship's unimaginably advanced (yet, to its creators, laughably primitive,) terraforming technology will create a 'New Earth'.

Rin's choice of partner(s) during the voyage will decide the balance of minerals and other details of the new planet: but also so much more than that... Depending on if she can break out of the simulation, rescue the others from "World", and finally master the systems of this ship: she could, in theory, create a world where humans can, at last, look out the window of their apartment at the busy street below and KNOW, with their own eyes: "we are not alone"...

Also? I just discovered there's a Wiki for this...

It's probably more to do with the art style than anything. Japanese-style animation tend to make everyone look more youthful unless it's relevant to their character/personality that they appear older.

Certainly they're more hopeful than mine, but I tend to have a pretty bleak outlook on things in general. Since it seems like this was a one-off story animation. It seems to me like anything they would want to provide context for would be in the animation.

But...why? It's not a film or a book series or anything that's going to have some sort of conclusion outside of what has already been seen.

    Seems young for a Nemo.

Actually, no. (Well, also yes, but...)

I lost my cherry at 16, and was doing my damnedest to accomplish that when I was 15, so, 17 "ain't no thang". However, from the perspective of someone in his mid-30s, that seems frightfully young. These days I wouldn't even look at anyone under the age of 21 or so, so I can understand where you might get that impression...
