Hey everyone! Yeah, so there was a time where I was extremely prolific on Chyoa writing my story, "Senior Year". Eventually, I had to take a break due to Exams (Which are a pain) and due to life (which is another pain)! Which, sadly, cascaded into a longer and longer hiatus. Then, I actually began writing an actual novel, so I kinda put writing my dirty porn-y stories away for writing a serious novel. However, I'm back now, and hopefully a better writer! (I haven't given up writing my novel, I'm more just doing this to fill in some more time and have something else to do so I don't get burnt out on my actual book. So, now that I'm back -- what does this mean? Well, for one... Senior Year will not come out of Hiatus. Which, well, sucks. I'm sorry. But... Looking back on my writing, I very much am not satisfied with the quality nor content of it. In fact, when looking back on my previous writings, I'm genuinely dissatisfied with it overall. Of course, there are some gems, but the majority of that story is pretty, well, garbage. I was in way over my head, was doing way too much with too little time, and couldn't keep track with all the pussy the MC was getting (which was, let's be honest, completely too much). Well, Kobe, what does that mean? I'm not against the idea of doing a complete and total rewrite. However, major parts of the story would be fleshed out and would take a longer time getting to any real, feasible action, so I don't believe lots of people would genuinely enjoy it (due to the majority of Chyoa users just wanting instant sex with no gratifiable buildup). So, I'm going to shelf Senior Year for a while and let it simmer whilst I focus on other projects that have interested me. Well, what kinda projects are you thinking about? I've been toying around with this fantasy story for a while in my head. It involves lots of magic, sex, and comedy with some action parts here and there, so I might pursue that. However, I will have to practice using all of the Chyoan tools presented to me before I start anything definite. There was also this idea of doing a very vanilla, very sweet story between two friends that I intended on doing, with your choice of whether you wanted the MC to be a boy or a girl. It wasn't going to be long, but it was going to be rather cute (at least in my head) and rather enjoyable to read -- that is to say -- as enjoyable as a dirty story is to just read for enjoyment. And then, of course, there was a few incest-y type stories that I was planning to write about two sisters. I'm not necessarily that much into incest, but I really did enjoy the idea of writing this one. Of course, there are lots of ideas and lots more to write about, but I have these three shelved next to do. I hope to get started rather soon. So, that was all, folks.
