For some time already, I toyed with the idea of starting this thread.

Here, I intend to post songs, that - at least for me - are inspirational as an author, on chyoa site.
Not the songs, that are primitive and have text that can be summed up to: fuck, fuck, fuck, sex, sex, sex.
I intend to present songs have interesting text and good melody... songs that, when I listened to them, just made my skin crawl. I will also give my interpertatio0n of those songs - and maybe, you will find them as enchanting, as I did.

    You ready?

First I will start with a simple song, but one, that has this something.

Pretty Little Things - Jessica Greenfield

The song was actually used in trailer of game 'Sherlock Holmes Crimes & punishments'.

    Ahh Ahh (x4)

Glitter go to on the same
    Sparkle like a cheap champagne
All for you to know my name
Want to feel your warm and praise

    Sweet like cherry pie
    Candy to my eyes
Pretty little thing like you (x2)

    Pretty little thing like you

    Ahh Ahh
Pretty little thing like you (x2)

    Ahh Ahh (x2)

    Don't be afraid
    I would do anything
    Anything for you

    Just say my name
    I would go anywhere,anywhere

    Sweet like cherry pie
    Candy to my eyes
Pretty little thing like you (x2)

    Pretty thing like you (x4)

My favourite interpretation of this song, is about the mature woman (maybe MILF) who describes her fascination (bordering on obsession) with a much younger man (or woman, if you prefer).
She describes how she organised a rich feast, just to meet the object of her interest. She sees him a pretty little thing - an eye candy to her eyes. Maybe she precieves him as yet another boytoy for her to toy with or someone who looks like her love from younger days.
She assures him, she means no harm, so he doesn't have to be afraid of her - for she would do anything, for him.

Sounds like a material for a story?

This is first of few songs I intend to write about.
