According to my front page here, there are recently over 20,000 stories on this site. Is there any way to know who authored lucky story #20,000? Not that it's necessarily anything special ... I was just curious.
I just checked. This is story 20,000: https://chyoa.com/story/Public-Medical-Experimentation.47526 MySQL query: show stories with state "visible" and sort them by "created at" in ascending order ("created at" equals "published on" if the story is visible). You could also search by release date and do the math backwards. The story is currently on page 22, 3 stories down: https://chyoa.com/search?q=&type=story&sort=release_date&page=22 2,022 pages - story 20,000 / 10 stories per page = page 22
