Story map readability.

    Add a colored element to identify your chapters in a story that isn't yours when viewing the map.

    Let owner/editor see draft/review chapters from other people while in map mode.

    Add a yellow review vignette to review chapters in the map.

    Add something on game map to identify chapters not published yet.
