Hi y'all. I've been working on some art for my partner's story, Strange Salvation, and I thought that it would be fun to start up a thread and post it here! That way, I can share finished works, in addition to works in progress and more casual sketches. I've been drawing since I was in middle school, doing digital art since 2020. For anyone interested, I use Clip Studio Paint and a Huion tablet for my art. I previously used Procreate on my iPad, but I find Clip Studio is more accessible for me (larger screen and all that). I hope you guys enjoy! I have some finished pieces that were included in the story, but I'll put those here as well.
Here's one I did of Avery, a character of mine that my partner was interested in adding to the story! I said yes, of course, and decided to do some art as well. A lot of my art here will likely include her- I enjoy drawing her a lot.
I've been pretty busy, but I've had the time to do some sketching and practice. I did a quick sketch of everyone's favorite Royal Pain in the Ass- Kirasiel Celes!
Also got some practice with expressions in today. Inspired by Friday's chapter, I picked Avery as my model (a common occurrence). I might turn this into a full colored piece or not. We'll see!
