Regarding the unavailable PM-function on chyoa and the adequate alternative of using the forum messaging system it would be great to create a notification on chyoa, when receiving messages at the forum. This would ensure a way of communication with other authors. I think, that currently most authors aren't using the forum, so it wouldn't make much sense to write messages. (But I don't know, if this is already implemented)
Maybe it could just have some kind of red notification symbol next to the link to the forum at the top of the page.
