This is the thread where you post the actions you will take each turn, or for the next few/few-dozen turns if you're the sort who doesn't like to keep up with a daily post schedule. The format goes like this: Action: Characters: # Of Turns:* Overseer?: *(Footnote: if this # ≥ 7 characters will either gain a Specialization for this task or Upcycle existing Specializations if they've finished a set...) Each day, (unless the game is on a hiatus for some reason or all the moderators just forget or get too stressed-out/distracted each set of tasks will be rolled for one by one, and success or failure posted here. The roll system goes like this, each quality level the character has for that task, they get a die, (1d10,) those dice are rolled and compared to the tasks Difficulty Rating, you have to either get three successful dice, or, if you have three or less dice to roll, a simple majority of the dice have to succeed. If you manage that, congrats, the task was a success for that character and you add a success to the total needed to fully complete the task! (Many tasks complete with only one or more successes, with additional successes giving increased benefits of some kind.) If not, it's a failure and either no progress is made, or with certain risky tasks, (Hunting is a common example,) bad stuff may happen. Ok, now that you know the basics I'm going to post and resolve the first turn tasks for the two NPC Plantations as examples: stay tuned!
