Do you have a very unusual name, that's been passed down in your family for generations and want to see it continue, but you have no children? I intend to have more children, and therefore I hereby make a covenant with GOD, (Whether he chooses to accept this is up to him though...) that whoever wins this contest will have the honor of my next child bearing their last name as his/her middle name, and more importantly be able to compile a list of 100 names of their chosing* for each gender from which I will select the first names of that child and as many future children as I can convince their mother to go along with. *(Some restrictions apply: cannot be a sexual term or other 'dirty word' in any notable language: [as defined by being available through google translate,] nor may it be mocking of/insulting to any ethnicity, religion, or another major human group: and it must be a real name.) Now: what's the contest? You set aside a specific amount of time daily to watch one specific anime: from the first episode to the last. You cannot skip episodes, you cannot miss a day, and you cannot change the amount of time you watch for daily. Violation of any of these rules forces you to start over. To prove you are following this rubric, you must live stream yourself watching and post a link to the video here: every day, without fail, until you can prove you are at the current episode of the series. The Anime In Question IS: "Sazae-san" Ladies and Gentlemen: START YOUR ENGINES!!!
Correction: upon further research, I have discovered that as per the dying request of the original comic artist that created the manga this series was based on, no continuous archive of this anime exists: or in all likelihood, ever will. Therefore: I reissue the challenge under new terms. 1: You must set aside a number of EPISODES, of a different anime to be watched each day: this new anime includes several movies, which must be watched IN SEQUENCE, at the appropriate points in the series: even though that is not marked, and only count as a single episode for that day even though they are MUCH longer. 2: Though this anime goes by many names, you must treat the entire franchise as a continuous narrative, from its inception to the point when you at last finish. 3: The Anime In Question IS: Pokémon!* *(Yes, ALL OF THEM.) In all other respects, the contest is the same.
