Toying with Marvel Story Ideas - Spider-Man and Skrull Agent

Hey, so I am in the process of outlining a couple of possible fanfic ideas for the site, inspired by a few games I have seen here and elsewhere! I do have an idea about a Doctor Who based game where the reader becomes a companion of the 13th Doctor and gets to have a number of possible sexual adventures with her (and maybe also some other female characters like Missy or River Song or some of the past companions) but currently I have two core ideas with strong ideas, both Marvel based. I figured I would bounce them off some people and see what you might think.

First I have a Spider-Man game where you can choose from about maybe 6 female characters amid other important aspects in Peter's life - currently likely to be the 'big three' of Mary Jane/Spinneret, Gwen Stacy/Ghost Spider and Felicia Hardy/Black Cat, plus three others - likely to be Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel, Kitty Pryde/Shadowcat and Cindy Moon/Silk (I did consider Jessica Drew/Spider Woman too but she's probably better as the sexy female BFF and I have more ideas for her in my Skrull Agent idea anyway). So I would like to basically have something like a romance/sex sim for Peter with Spider-Man related mechanics and situations around that, until the reader/player reaches a natural epilogue where they are with one (or possibly more) of the women in question. There would be other characters, maybe the reader gets to choose Peter’s job, villains to battle, and with the romance/sex options you would have some kind of civilian vs heroine aspect - romancing them as Peter vs romancing them as Spider-Man. Maybe something with different suits. And Something like the ‘Parker Luck’ (for those who know what that is) could appear. So that’s one idea.

The other one where you play as a Skrull Agent/Warrior is more inspired by the recent Captain Marvel film and my fondness for Skrulls as characters, probably with a wider range of complexity than the Spider-Man one since I want the reader/player to be able to shape shift into a number of possible characters (sort of also inspired by the FMV game 'The Shapeshifting Detective'), have a mission to complete and then have possible romance options which help or complicate that with various female characters across the Skrull Empire, SHIELD agents (Black Widow, Quake, Melinda May etc) and Avengers (Captain Marvel, Scarlet Witch, Wasp etc) and probably the odd wild card (I want Mystique in the story for example). The player can have different situations (regular and sexual) based on who they appear to be, with some possible kinks emerging from that. There’s also a possibility that I could create an set of alternative story lines - the player could pick to be a regular Skrull (just shapeshifting and better aspects to a normal human) or a skilled infiltration operative (additional knowledge of specific targets to replace plus one to two meta human/mutant powers) or a more military focused Super Skrull (powers of three to four meta humans/mutants with less reliance on shapeshifting and disguise). And the option of playing as a renegade Skrull who works for SHIELD or the Avengers instead of the Empire.

So those are some of my initial ideas? If anyone has any suggestions or requests for possible content in either of those two I am open to them! (Especially situations you would like to see Peter in with the former or characters you would want to be able to impersonate or powers to have in the latter.) I am probably going to just focus on one to begin with and see how it goes... thanks for listening in any case!

 

I say Spiderman, I've always liked Peter as a character, and I'd love to see what became of him and Spinneret

Strictly speaking this would be a different continuity to the Renew Your Vows universe where MJ became Spinneret where Peter and Mary Jane are somewhere in their mid twenties, though I definitely could imagine the possibility of having long term material where they have kids like May or Annie (which could also happen for any of the other romance options). I want to ideally have some sort of civilian vs super-heroine aspect so that Peter can either date/fuck them in either persona, hence why I have chosen characters who have both and have dated Peter in some continuity or other, though they might be played differently - so for example I really loved how in the Ultimate Universe Peter and Kitty Pryde had a thing together, but the version of Katherine I would use is definitely going to be based on the older 616 comic version (with probably a splash of X-Men Evolution and Ellen Page in there).

I also have an idea about you getting to pick a main antagonist for the story (probably from Norman Osborn/Green Goblin, Otto Octavius/Doctor Octopus, Wilson Fisk/Kingpin and Cletus Kassidy/Carnage) with two supporting villains to act as both threats to Peter and more dubious situations for the ladies. And probably Venom or the Symbiote Suit as a wild card. It's a bit of a new thing to me but I have some good ideas to test out!
