Hi, I want to start writing a story based on short stories that I have written on a blog I have and I have a doubt about how to apply rule 1 (no underage) about artificial beings.

In the premise of the fictional world in my story, there is a caste of female slaves that are artificial and I am not sure if I should change some parts to avoid problems with rule 1.

    Their characteristics are

    - They are slaves created artificially on a mass production process on factories.
    - They are not androids or cyborgs, they are fully organic, the process to make them is more bioengineering than mechanical or something like that.
    - Their appearance is that of fully adult women on their between their 20s and 40s.
    - Their mind is not childhood, they are created with their minds already preprogrammed to accommodate to their life as adult slaves

The doubt I have is that they are on all aspects non-underage but because they are artificial they are not adults who have previously live 18 years of childhood, they have been created already as adults, so I am not sure if must make some changes to avoid problems.

I would probably just write that the fuckslaves are prepared for 18 years, in order to not violate dystopian hellholes laws

They may allow fuckslaves, but they draw the line whent it comes to underage fuckslaves!

I'm not a mod, but going from the strictest perspective it seems fine. Their bodies are adult, their minds are adult. It's just their physical age that is the questionable part. However, one thing that I've learned is that wording and intent matters a lot. You aren't playing to the underage crowd or trying to skirt the rules. As long as you don't start talking about "Underdeveloped" or "child-like" bodies and minds and things of that nature, then you're probably fine.

The "female slaves" need to exist for at least 18 years. Otherwise, you could argue that they aren't 18 years old yet.
They don't have to be awake in these 18 years. (Given that they are physically and mentally adult then.)

If there are no clues suggesting that the production process needs less than 18 years, everyone can assume that it took at least 18 years.
If they are tailor-made, you might want to use 18-year-old "blanks" that gets customized just before delivery.

The age numbering system can be altered as long as you establish it in a way that doesn't suggest that a character is younger than 18.

I think I will opt to adapt the story so those female slaves take at least 18 years in the production process until they are ready to be used. In the end, the part of these artificial slaves is not even the main premise because the main premise is to write about incest slaves, women enslaved by their brothers, fathers, or sons. The artificial women are just an excuse to justify those incest slaves to be slaves because they are daughters of artificial slaves. About the Incest, in almost every story I explicitly mention that everyone waits until the others turn 18 years old to start their incestuous master-slave relationship.

If it seems excessive or complicated, imagine a lawyer with a bone to pick is going out of their way to convict you of hosting child porn. They'll summon all of their skills and experience in law, analyse every sentence you write, and iterate through every possible way in which a character might be considered 'underage'. All you can do is predict every line of argument they might take and protect yourself, because one day, that might actually happen.

Just look at Jack Thompson. He pretty much ruined his life going after sex and violence in video games. Fortunately, he failed...but there are people who are that determined.

To clarify "with dystopian hellhole laws" i was referring to the fictional universe OP's story takes place, i found the idea that the allow manufactured fuckslaves, but have child protection laws very amusing
