Generally speaking I’ve been able to work my way around it when I get stuck but now I’m genuinely having some trouble figuring out what’s supposed to happen next. Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated. I’be done a lot of writing in the last month and I could use the feedback.
It might be okay to just make an ending for a branch if you struggle with thinking of where to take it. Sometimes it’s actually better to let something end than just drag it on after it wears out it’s welcome. It’s always possible to make new branches or write a continuation after an ending when it comes to you. Feeling like a storyline should go on forever simply because it’s an option, is a pretty popular writer trap.
When in doubt, flip the script. What happens if the main character suddenly starts to lose control? Somebody else gets the power and tries to take their greenskinned girlfriend away? How do they get her back?
Which branch are you talking about? You linked to the front page, and I'm not even sure from the description what the main conflict of the setting is supposed to be. In general, when the MC gets what they want, you're done. If what the MC wants becomes unavailable, you're also done. In any other scenario, the next sentence of your story is the MC trying to get what they want or another character trying to stop them, and that practically writes itself.
