1) A modern day Cinderella story: A girl turns 18 and finds a way to control minds to get revenge on her step-mother and step-sisters 2) A cuckholded man finds a mind control device and uses it to get revenge on his cheating wife and her friends who knew of her infidelities but did not tell him. 3) A man who finds a device/serum/spell that makes people believe whatever he says, no matter how ridiculous.
The biggest problem for me is I've added to so many that i lose track of what one's i have or haven't!
I think 3 works best because it could have unintended consequences and trying to fix them could just lead to going deeper down the rabbit hole.
As big as I am a fan of Mind Control, these are really just to easy. Also I hate working with prextext i didn't choose. So 1-2 are out by default. I'd guess three then? Isn't that different from Normality, to which i have added a whole story-arc.
For me it would be #2, as I see most potential for a clear story arch and some kind of reachable goal which people can work towards to. Although I must say the plot looks a bit simple and straightforward. I do see potential for a game mode story where he has to learn how to control the thing and maybe also not to make her too suspicious about what's going on. That could work.
What about a mind control story where quantum computer links to a thin device on the skin or is in ones body. You link with many people or only one person and the parent person controls the other(s) movements. Today's technology we aren't far away from already.
I can only see the MC/Controller go insane after a while. Also every sex scene would be more or less masturbation, would it not?
