So, since I am a well known schill (and because I genuinely enjoy feedback and want to help ensure my story gives readers more of what they want) I'm putting open the call for readers of my story Wishing for a Pet to tell me what they like about my story, don't like about my story, or genuinely give me praise because, again, I have a giant Napoleon Complex. Looking forward to any feedback I get!
I have a few things to say. I like that you remind people to like your chapters; its important that readers know most authors are paid in feedback. There are a lot of complex characters. It maybe too many for you too write a pet story for each, but you publish several chapters a day, so I guess you can keep up. I do have one minor quibble; I don't like all the characters, and I don't really care about interacting with all of them. I do want to meet everyone and interact with some of the characters, so I don't want to skip the first day completely. Instead I would have liked the option to skip some of the interactions. This would also make the first day seem less linear. I'm not saying you should rewrite the first day because it is great now; this is more a suggestion for the future.
The intention is that the second day will break things off a bit more. There will be three different tracks, with built in options to skip certain girls. The goal is a third day where it is either entirely single girl tracks, or some of the two girl variations. Also, I agree it is rather ambitious, but I've found with a few stories (namely The Backpack) I sort of ran out of steam after awhile on certain threads just because I had so little to do. Nine diffrent full arcs means I can keep going back to this for a long ass time and still find fun to write. I mostly write on Patreon funded H-games for a living. Chyoa is basically my stress relief/funsy writing.
