Your ideas for a rookie writer on your girlfriend's cuckold story

Good afternoon, colleagues and readers!
Now I am writing a long story about the evolution of relationships in a couple (I take myself and my girlfriend as an image), when a man in a couple is the initiator in the transition from traditional family relationships (M + F) to the cuckold lifestyle.
A little about us:
I am 27 years old, my girlfriend is 21 years old. She is a young, active and faithful girl, but she has already managed to have different sexual partners (as she moved out of her parents on her 18th birthday to a student hostel, she actively used Tinder, where she managed to fuck more than 10 guys, according to her). I have always liked relationships with a girl in the cuckold format, but my inner doubts have always prevented me from talking about such relationships in life. I have been interested in this topic for a long time, which is why I understand quite well the dynamics of relations and options for their development (of course, in theory).
With regards to history, I see the following development structure: an introduction about us - the characters of the story (so far more than 15 people are being recruited) - our conversation about cuckold (I am the initiator, she doubts, but agrees, she slowly studies the way of life), and then branching into a large number of branches, where she finds a bull for herself (with each bull my girlfriend will change, her relationship with me will change). I am writing the story from her side, but I plan to write a story from my side for some branches (with my excitements, doubts and my participation).
Like many new writers, I think I've run into the problem of having so many different ideas in my head that I want to add to the story. Now one branch is 50% written, but the structure of this branch has already been determined. The depth of the branch is about 30 pages (I mean the transition from one page to another), but it has the potential for 40-45 pages. I can’t decide how to understand how the branch should end (I don’t want to post the story without at least one final branch).
I would like to ask, so that it would be interesting for you to know in history, what would you like to see?
It would also be interesting to get advice from experienced writers on how to write a story competently and structured so that it is interesting to read and how to put it on the site correctly?

Please remember not to publish true stories.

Personally, I find it quite boring to read the descriptions of the characters at the beginning of a story as it is basically a pile of information I won't be able to remember anyways.

If a story is complete at the time of publishing, it might be pretty difficult to revise stuff you haven't thought of until a reader points you to it.
If you publish a story because of the reaction of the audience, publishing earlier might be of advantage as well as you would get feedback early and might take it into account instead of steering the story in the "wrong" direction.
