If they had a scenario where he would bang her and she would pretend to resist that’s CNC. Otherwise it’s either just sex if she doesn't resist and rape if she does.
Yeah, the main difference is that while both are consensual sex-play, CNC is at least pretending to be forced but in FU there is no resistance as the other person just lets it all happen. Sometimes FU even looks like "bored sex" where the other person looks like they are ignoring being fucked.
