The biggest issue with RP concepts is that you need to do it with other people. This takes time. This means you may have to compromise on your idea because the other players have different ideas/limits. And most importantly: Sometimes the RNG is not in your favour.
Update: My biggest issue with RP concepts is actually scheduling a game with players. (I am trying to run an RPG after giving up on the previous one because 3/5 players never had time for it. Now I have a new campaign where it looks like we are playing once a month because none of the people who eagerly wanted to play the campaign, have time for it.)

Recently I begin my first time taking role of Game Master and it is so much fun. I should done it ages ago, such power and freedom.
Mafia 3 kind of has the most badass story of any game ever. Would almost be cool to see a CHYOA story with a similar vibe.
I think the trick is to focus on the reactions and how the spankee and spanker feel about it rather than the actual spanks. Write about how aroused they get. Write about the spreading redness as the spankation leaves marks. How the spankee wiggles, moans, whimpers and begs for release...

What if... Reality warping powers, but not for you? MC is near the epicentre and sees the changes, but they are not the ultimate power.
Would they be omnipresent, able to see all the alternate timelines, but cursed to only chronicle them, and not interfere?
The easiest explanation is that MC can remember things before the omnipotent being (or someone with a genie or whatever) changed them. They would also have to be a coworker, school buddy or family member or otherwise near them so that they see the changes happening.
Issues: Most of these types of stories are about wish fulfillment so the usual fans would dislike this idea. this would more likely go more domination type story where the MC is the sub/victim. Or comedy. Comedy might work. "I'm minding my business and WHY DOES EVERYONE LOOK LIKE A BIMBO?!"
