Julia paused for a few moments, giving her colleagues the impression she was thinking about it. She was. But not for the same reasons, wondering how to get her way with Takashi’s placement without fighting too hard. “I just thought providing a rivalry with Le Fay might keep her focused, but she can be moved just about anywhere and the result’s the same, I think.” Julia looked over to Rene, giving her best look to stay polite. She mostly liked him even if they didn’t really socialize extensively with each other that much. “I know you would be, but why not trust me with this? I’m actually pretty good at what I do too. There’s a lot of tricks I have that you haven’t seen yet. But if you want, I’ll show you a few of them.” She gave an unashamed wink to Rene, not in the slightest concerned about her unsubtle flirtations in front of the entire faculty. “But for real. Takashi is the only one that I don’t think I can budge on." Umi would most likely be put into red anyway under the circumstances. Haunnani she was having conflicting thoughts on. And Adam could always advance later even if he didn't get in now, but it didn't seem like his position was contested like it was with Takashi's. She just offered her smile again. "Don't worry. I know what I’m doing. If I'm good at anything, it’s understanding people.”
(Sorry if Adam's not supposed to know what a shadow game is yet. I'm operating on the assumption that he has a basic idea of what they are, but doesn't understand the specifics. Can retcon if you want.) "You really don't know? You haven't seen them in your visions?" Adam's eyes open wide, surprised he knows something about all this supernatural business that she doesn't. "I don't know what they are exactly, but in my dreams, they're Duel Monsters games played way back in Ancient Egypt, by well...sorcerers. They'd go to this weird...alternate dimension, I guess you'd say, where the monsters in the cards came to life. The losers...I'm pretty sure they lost their souls." After an uncomfortable moment of silence at the revelation, he shakes his head in confusion. "Like... Literally speak to the card? I'll try." Looking to the door, and then to Huanani's legs, he nods. "I'm guessing we're not going to get through all my questions in one sitting, but can we continue this conversation later?"
(Rngsus at work. Seems like he wants Felicia to lose her V-card as quickly as possible.) "Kkh." Letting out a low growl as she realized her leg couldn't suppost any strain. Felicia still tried to attack, "Nnh!" Only for her stocking-clad leg to be caught, followed by another sweeping kick from Devout. "Argh!" The red-head groans as she falls on her back, with the man still holding onto her injured leg. "Let go!" Felicia tries to kick him, as she realized her current position had caused her short skirt to roll up her curvy hips, revealing her red panties to the duo. She attempts to kick the man's stomach, hoping he'd let go of her leg so she could roll away and stand up, before Angelica could move in.
"That's definitely not the only thing you're good at." Phoebe whispers from beside her. Rene weakly smiles. "Very well. I trust your judgment." His voice stops, but he gives her a knowing look which says this conversation isn't quite over. Tomomi recaps, taking notes. "So, Umimaru to Red, Takashi to Yellow, Haunani to Yellow, and Adam to Blue. Is everyone alright with this? Next is..." The meeting continues with all the professors giving recaps of how their sites went and where they recommend students be placed. It drags on for at least an hour, but at least she wasn't forced to listen to President Yamagishi's long-winded opening speech this time since she arrived late. As the meeting adjourns and most of the others leave the conference room, Rene stays behind, waiting for Julia.

I think it actually makes more sense for him to have seen one in a vision than to have no knowledge of them.] Haunani risks taking her hands off of the pulpit, finding herself able to stand. "No, I have not. Interesting...Perhaps you wear the label of sorcerer better than I understood." She carefully bends down, pulling up her panties and shorts. "Of course, Adam." She uses his name for the first time. "It should not be difficult for you to seek me out." The esoteric girl smiles.
Julia didn't remember much of what happened next. More boring work that she didn't care about. Trying not to check the time too much, once the meeting had finally let out, she was pretty quick to evacuate only to see the red haired man waiting. She had gotten the sense he wanted to talk about something before, but had waited to do it privately. Curious enough about what it was about, she approached him still as upbeat as ever. "Seems like you have something you want to say."
"I wouldn't go that far. I've just seen them - I can't do them. Not that I have much inclination to." He chuckles. "Expect me soon. And if you ever feel like not being able to stand up, you know who to see." The young man grins. "See you, Huanani." "I need a drink." He says to himself as he exits the chapel. Then I can call Julia and tell her about this over some liquor. Wanting an empty bladder before his drinking session, he heads to the restrooms.
Spoiler: Combat Roll Felicia: 46+10=56 average Devout? & Angelica: 80+20+10=110 perfect Devout? & Angelica victorious She fails to generate enough force from the ground to dislodge the man. Angelica dashes to the fallen woman, pinning Felicia's arms to the tiles with her knees. As she looks up, the scarred girl can only see the false nun's truly mountainous breasts swaying underneath black fabric. The man pulls kneels on the redhead's thighs, keeping them immobilized as well. He pulls a roll of duct tape from a jacket pocket with his good hand, tossing it to Angelica. The woman catches it, promptly taping Felicia's mouth shut. A moment later, the man delivers a punch to Felicia's head, knocking her unconscious. ----- Felicia begins to wake. There's something preventing her from opening her mouth, her arms are bound behind her back, and her feet are bound as well. Looking around, she seems to be in a closed bathroom stall, alone, but her solitude may be a good thing, considering she also discovers she's been left nude.
"Khh. Damn it!" Felicia groaned as she failed to escape, allowing Angelica to pin her arms above her head. Followed by the man pinning her legs down, "Let me go!" She growled, before the her mouth was taped shut, "Mmhhh! Mmmh!" She eeked out, before being hit on the head. Slowly she lost consciousness... "Mmmh!" Only to wake up after an unspecified amount of time. "Mmmh. Mh!" Damn it, what, where am I! She screamed in her head, as she realized they left her bound... and naked! My clothes! Those bastards! She looks around the stall in a panic. Hoping to find scraps of her outfit, Wait, my deck, my deck was in my jacket pocket! But then, she realized she's also lost something very important to her. "Mmmh!" Making Felicia groan as she tries to break free of the tape binding her limbs.
There are a few students which stick out in her mind from the others' reports, but Julia doesn't recall which dorms they're assigned to. Spoiler: Students Tenma Hamasaki Haruka Hamasaki Mia Kasprzak and Sable Mirka "I will cut to the chase. What are your plans for that boy--Takashi? You were quite forceful in asserting your claim to him." Rene eyes her suspiciously. "Do you have ties to him? Or is this borne of a...baser desire?" He gives her a knowing look.
"Farewell, sorcerer." Haunani smiles. ----- The nearest bathroom lies within the Gyms--the stadium Prof. Hubert is watching duels at. The restroom at the Duel Arena is not much farther, and it is likely to be less busy. [Do you want Adam to show up in Felicia's scene? I'll write him in, if you like.]
Spoiler: Escape Roll 33-10(situational)=23 fail She pulls against the tape with all the strength she can muster, but the tightly wrapped bindings refuse to budge. For a time, Felicia is left to struggle in vain. After a short while awake, she hears a door open and footsteps on the tiled floor.
(I was thinking he'd get involved in the fight, but the fight ended right after I decided that, lol. Still, he can show up for the aftermath - if it's okay with you) Keeping his head down and trying not to attract attention, given how much noise he and Huanani made in the chapel, Adam makes his way to the less crowded restroom - he prefers the privacy, and the walk isn't a problem, as he's in no rush.
Working his way through the stands of students, Adam makes his way to the restroom without too much inconvenience. He spots a few drops of blood on the otherwise clean tile floor, and one or two of the stalls look occupied. Spoiler: Restrooms
"You and Yumi." Julia looked actually visibly annoyed. "As much as I enjoy messing with them, I've never did anything with students. I'm not planning too." Rene seemed to be dead curious about the exact reasons, but it also raised a question to her of why this specific one, Rene was so adamant about having..... He might know more than he lets on. "I never met Takashi. But..." She wondered how to probe Rene. It occurred to her, she never actually thought of probing other teachers for their connections that much before, but now seemed like an attempt to try. "I just feel he has a lot of talents that need to grow. You're a good duelist, but there's also other walls that can't be broken just through technical strategy."
Spoiler: Spiritual Resonance Roll 39+10=49 weak fail She does not feel anything from Rene, but it is difficult to be certain. "Hrm," he grunts, unsatisfied. "Very well. Keep your reasons to yourself." The Frenchman adjusts his gloves. "However, you owe me one for this. I was quite interested in him. Now, I will soon have students to welcome to my dorm. You should prepare to do the same." Rene turns and departs, leaving Julia alone in the large room.
She couldn't sense anything to know it for sure....but the way he so insistent on this gave her the idea that he might actually know more about Takashi's true abilities than he was acting as if he did. There would be no way to know for sure yet....but.... "Don't take it to, personally. I can always make it up to you later." He most likely wasn't in the mood for this, but Julia felt it was better to downplay her actual knowledge for now until she could learn about his real intentions. Making her way out of the meeting room, Julia left to go onto her day.
As she leaves the tall Tower, she finds Phoebe waiting for her just outside the building. "Hey, Julia!" She hugs the more senior professor. "So is it true? Did you fuck Yumi?" She asks, excited to hear what happened. Julia does need to be at the Ra Yellow men's dorm to get students settled in, but that isn't for at least an hour or two.
The sudden attempt to rush her, didn't really surprise Julia and she didn't hesitate to hug Phoebe back. The younger professor was awaiting details and the look on Julia's face made it obvious, she didn't mind sharing them. While she wasn't afraid to talk about dirty things with Phoebe, they still haven't ever really did them with each other before. Julia probably could assume that she'd be up for it, but it just never happened. "Well...we were more doing the fucking." Julia somewhat nostalgically went into the story of her visit to the maid and explaining what had exactly happened, Julia was eager to go into a very detailed description of everything they've done. "-she's way more fun than I thought. We should invite her to drinks more with the rest of the girls." Julia wasn't sure what she had in mind, but she was sure, they're definitely enjoy themselves when they had a chance to all get together. "I don't know if Sayen has time yet though." Thinking of the pink haired doctor, Julia had hung out with her a few times after work, but not nearly as much time as she spent with Phoebe. Julia mostly viewed her as more of a work friend than anything, but Sayen could still be fun to have around.
"Fuck, that sounds hot! I wish I was there too. You'll have to show me this place sometime." Phoebe smiles wistfully. "I didn't think that Yumi even had sex. She seems like an unfeeling machine whenever I see her. Good job getting her to open up!" She laughs at her own joke. "I'd love to have a girls' night!" The exuberant woman frowns. "But we can't tonight. If we leave campus and anything happens to the kids, we'll be fucked in a bad way." "Speaking of fucking..." Julia sees a mischievous glint in Phoebe's eyes. "I heard some moaning from the chapel on my way to the meeting. Took a peek inside and Adam was balls deep into the girl you said surrendered to him! I guess she surrendered in more ways than one!" She sniggers.
